Shipping & Delivery


Our products are carefully picked for you! We search for the coolest, prettier, and best products and ship them directly from the suppliers to your door (which saves you money!).

Shipping usually takes between 10 to 20 business days for packages to United States and Europe. Shipping time might take up to 30 business days to other parts of the world, like Latin America. Customs time is not controlled by our store and this will depend of your country. 

Also, please note that items on our store often come from different suppliers so, if you ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on there way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. 

Product Availability

Teen Space will endeavor to ensure that our website is fully up to date and that goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee availability or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can. Your order will be cancelled and you will be fully reimbursed. If you prefer, you can also obtain a 100% credit of that value in our store to purchase another product you like.


We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier or customs. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
